What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching began in California in the early 1980s. Therapists, counselors and other professionals found that clients wanted personal support in their lives. These clients were fit and well, in that they didn't have mental or physical problems, but they needed guidance. A medical or therapeutic programme would, therefore, be irrelevant. What people wanted was someone to help them achieve their goals.

Life Coaching is a process between a life coach and a client, designed to promote their full potential. Many of today’s most successful business leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, and CEOs use life coaches to help them take their personal lives, careers, or businesses to the next level.
